User Agreement
The Terms and Conditions (T&C.S) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy, collectively forms an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of Kenpure Water Solutions (brand KENAIX) shopping Platform (site) by you. Please read this Agreement carefully.
This Agreement is effective only upon due agreement / acceptance by You, through the "I Accept" button. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time.
Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.
Definitions
"Agreement" means the Terms and Conditions (T&C.S) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use including other T&C at other portals of Kenpure Water Solutions under the KENAIX and KENPURE brand names. It will also include references to this Agreement as and when amended, novated, supplemented, varied or replaced.
"Site" means the kenpurero.com website owned and operated by Kenpure Water Solutions, which provides a venue for the users to buy the products listed / displayed.
"User" means and includes any Customer / Buyer / You (the person or any legal entity) who accepts the offer for sale of the Seller, through Kenpure Water Solutions by placing an order on the site.
"Product/s" connotes the goods, services promoted / displayed on the site and offered for any use / sale. kenpurero.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Products/services and information displayed on the kenpurero.com website constitute an "Invitation to Offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. The agreement between you and Kenpure Water Solutions shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the services of the Kenpure Water Solutions website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees (INR)
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Kenpure Water Solutions
Kenpure Water Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product without assigning any reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event, the payment has been processed by the STRIPE Payment gateway the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
Return Policy
The products can be exchanged or returned only within 30 days post-delivery in the original condition of the product
The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse, or any other physical damage has been caused to the product with force
2. Product is altered by customer
3. If request is initiated after 30 business days of order delivery

Refund Policy
In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.
Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the mode of payment. The payment is dependent on the payment gateway and please refer to detailed T&C from the payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the digital mode of your choice by the executive once the contents of the returned package are verified. Please call us at our call center for any issues related to refund via COD at +91-40-35829094/99122 80454
Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
Warranty
If there is any manufacturing defect in the Product, the Company will repair or replace the defective parts or product within 12 months from the date of original purchase.
Delay in delivery
The Company shall deliver the Products within 45 days from the purchase of Product from the date of order. The Products will be dispatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case the Company fails to deliver the Product within 45 days of order confirmation, a 100% refund will be initiated. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by Eureka Forbes for redelivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Product due to any Force Majeure events or factors beyond our control.
Force Majeure events
The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to Products that arise directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions including but not limited to flood, heavy rain alerts, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, Lockdown like the COVID-19 or any other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
